EXERCE-EASE

Training turns plans into an ability to act.

Our mission is to make crisis exercises more realistic, easier to organise and more valuable to teams.

OUR BELIEF

A prepared organisation is one that trains.

Procedures are essential, but crisis response also relies on people able to understand, coordinate and decide under pressure.

Exerce-Ease was designed to confront teams with this reality in a safe, controlled environment.

THE FOUNDER

A vision shaped by experience within complex organisations.

Bertrand Gille founded Exerce-Ease to make crisis preparedness more concrete, accessible and genuinely useful to teams.

He held crisis management and business continuity responsibilities at Sanofi. He also led IT experts working across critical business domains, including legal, intellectual property, patents, trademarks and HSE.

Eleven years of international project management gave him in-depth knowledge of cross-functional organisations, operational dependencies and complex decision-making structures.

His background is complemented by certifications in cybersecurity, including CEH, cyber resilience and business continuity. This combination of operational experience and technical skills directly informs the Exerce-Ease approach.
